My order
Can I ship my order as a gift?
Yes! Our glasses are delivered in a gift box, perfect for giving away. If you’d like to send the package directly as a gift, simply enter the recipient's address in the shipping details.
Damaged on arrival
Contact our customer service team via the contact form or by email: info@sippsipp.com. Include your order number, order date, email, and phone number, as well as a photo of the damaged item. Our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Where is my order?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will be sent to you. For any further questions, please contact us here.
I’m missing products from my order.
Contact us and describe what’s missing from your order. Please include your order number, order date, and specify which product is missing.
Can I edit my order after it's placed?
Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to make changes to your order once it’s been completed. After an order is placed, the shipping method, delivery address, payment method, and products cannot be modified. If you’ve made a mistake or simply changed your mind, we recommend emailing us as soon as possible at info@sippsipp.com.

Do I get to try the glasses for 30 days?
Yes! We’re so confident you’ll be happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you aren’t, you can return the items and get your money back.

How do returns work?
If you’ve changed your mind within 30 days of receiving your order, you’re welcome to return it—as long as the products and packaging are in the same condition as when they arrived.
Email us at info@sippsipp.com as soon as possible to start your return, and we’ll get back to you with all the details.
Is there a return fee?
If you’ve changed your mind and want to return an item, you’re responsible for the return shipping costs. However, for claims approved by us, we’ll cover the shipping.
Do you replace broken glasses?
Broken on arrival? We’ll replace them. However, because these are delicate, handmade glasses, we don’t cover damage caused by handling after delivery.
