Refund policy


1) 30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.

  • Items sent back to us without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Return shipping: Paid by the customer, unless otherwise stated or in case of an approved claim.


2) 30-Day Trial Guarantee

In addition to the standard return right, we offer a 30-day trial guarantee.

  • Time frame: Applies for 30 days from the date the package is collected.

  • Condition: Glasses and packaging must be returned in the same condition as received – clean, intact glasses, original packaging, and product card included.

  • Limit: Valid up to a maximum of 1000 EUR per customer per year.

  • Refund: A full refund will be issued once the items have arrived at our warehouse and been inspected and approved.

  • Return shipping: Paid by the customer (unless otherwise stated).

  • How to use the guarantee: Contact info@sippsipp.com for a return request. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions.

The trial guarantee does not apply in cases of damage caused by use or insufficient packaging during return shipping.


3) Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


4) Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

5) Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.


6) 30-Day Right of Withdrawal in the EU

If goods are delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, regardless of the above, without providing a reason.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it (unused, tags intact, original packaging). Receipt or proof of purchase is required.


7) Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
