Yes, we only offer lead-free crystal glass.

The glasses are made in Shanxi, China.

Are the glasses mouth-blown or machine-made?

Each glass is mouth-blown, making each piece unique. Therefore, slight variations in shape and details may occur.

Can I send the package as a gift?

Yes! Our glasses are delivered in a gift box, perfect for gifting. If you'd like to send the package directly as a gift, simply provide the recipient's address in the delivery details.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to your order once it has been completed. Once your order is placed, the delivery options, delivery address, payment method, and products cannot be modified. If you made a mistake or simply changed your mind, we recommend canceling the order and placing a new one.

Is it possible to make a return?

if you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your package, you have the right to return the item as long as the product and packaging are unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Do you replace broken glasses?

If the glasses arrive broken, we will, of course, replace them. Since our glasses are handmade and delicate, they are sensitive to pressure and impacts. Therefore, we cannot replace glasses that are damaged after they have been delivered.
