3. Orders

3.1. Placing an order: By placing an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

3.2. Order confirmation: Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation does not mean that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to decline or cancel your order at any time.

3.3. Prices and availability: All prices are listed in SEK and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing but reserve the right to correct any errors.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1. Shipping fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

4.2. Delivery times: Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Complaints

5.1. Product inspection: All products are carefully inspected before shipment. If your item arrives damaged or incorrectly delivered, we will resolve the issue free of charge in accordance with consumer protection law. Please contact us for approval before returning a defective item. Complaints must be made as soon as the issue is discovered.

5.2. How to file a complaint: Send an email to info@sippsipp.com with the following information: your name, address, email address, order number, photos of the defective product, and a description of the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved or replaced, we will refund you in accordance with consumer protection law. Shipping costs for approved complaints are covered by us. Complaints may be denied if the product is deemed undamaged according to applicable law. We follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). 5.3. Limitations: Our products are durable but made of glass and are not indestructible. We do not replace products that break after use. Since all our products are mouth-blown, variations in rim thickness, shape, or small bubbles are natural and make each product unique. If you are not satisfied, you may return the entire set within 30 days of receipt at your own expense.

5.4. Damages during transport: If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please:

• Take photos of the damaged items.

• Photograph both the inner and outer packaging showing transport damage.

• Send an email to info@sippsipp.com immediately after receipt, including proof of purchase and the photos above.

Once we have received all documentation, we will replace the damaged items.

6. 30-Day Trial Guarantee

6.1. Conditions: You have the right to try our glasses at home for up to 30 days from the date the package is collected.

6.2. Condition of return: The glasses and packaging must be returned in the same condition as received – clean, intact glasses, original packaging, and product card.

6.3. Limitations: The trial guarantee applies up to a total value of 10,000 SEK per customer per year.

6.4. Refund: A full refund will be issued once the items have been returned to our warehouse and approved after inspection.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages that may occur from the use of our products. We are not liable for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), including labor disputes, fires, wars, government decisions, or supplier issues. We are also not responsible for product changes from suppliers or other factors outside of our control.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, belongs to sipp sipp and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
