We grew tired of saving the fine glasses for special occasions. Of hesitating every time we wanted to set out the beautiful wine glasses, afraid they might break. Of everyday life being full of compromises while the best remained in the cupboard. So we started SiPP SiPP.
By working directly with artisans and eliminating all middlemen, we can offer mouth-blown glassware of the same quality you typically find - but at half the price.
Crystal glass is heated and pre-shaped before being placed into a wooden mold. There, a glassblower gently breathes life to the bowl, giving its delicate, thin form.
The base of the bowl is drawn out and shaped into a slender stem.
A new piece of glowing glass is fused to the stem and spun in a tool to shape the base.
The glass is annealed to enhance its durability and finish. Afterward, the rim is cut and the glass is polished to perfection.
Each glass is carefully tested before being laser-engraved with our logo.
