Do your glasses have a warranty?
Our glasses come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. It covers any flaws that occurred during production and impact the glass’s function or quality.
Are the glasses dishwasher safe?
Yes! We actually recommend using the dishwasher as it’s much gentler on the glasses than hand washing. Just place them securely in the glass rack and pick a glass cycle.

Won’t the glasses break during shipping?
Our glasses are always shipped in secure, shock-proof boxes, so damage during transit is extremely rare. But if a glass happens to break against all odds, we’ll ship a replacement to you immediately, completely free of charge.
